The Miss.Africa Digital Seed Fund in Africa will provide a winning initiative with a Five Thousand US dollars ($5,000) grant. This is intended to support women and girls in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields to launch or expand their own initiatives that will increase their digital opportunities in IT-related training, jobs, and leadership roles.

The program is interested in learning about successful activities that are currently supporting women and girls in STEM, and through this effort, we identify how we might support scalability and their impacts.

Projects under this funding initiative are based on entrepreneurship and innovative use of ICTs in developing demonstrable applications that can solve the developmental challenges within the  African societies and economy to enable the community to help catalyze their daily lives by working efficiently and successfully.

The fund will look at applications on the matrix of:-

-Innovation

-Impact,

-Scalability,

-Launch-readiness

-Entrepreneurship.
