Miss.Africa Digital Programs

At Miss.Africa, we offer impactful programs designed to empower women and girls in technology, entrepreneurship, and social innovation.

Our initiatives include the 6-Month – 1-Year Internship Program, Miss.Africa Seed Fund, and the Miss.Africa Incubation Program, each created to support growth, innovation, and real-world impact.

These programs focus on key areas such as education, entrepreneurship, technology, social development, and environmental sustainability, equipping participants with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed.

Recent Graduates’ Internship Program

Our internship program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience in ICT and entrepreneurship projects that matter. Interns will:

  • Work on real projects alongside our experienced team.
  • Gain developmental experiences in ICT, business, and social impact.
  • Participate in activities organized throughout the year.

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must have graduated within the last two years from qualifying educational institutions.
  • Degrees or certificates can be associate, bachelor, master, professional, doctorate, vocational, or technical.

This program is an opportunity to showcase your skills and work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment.

Miss.Africa Seed Fund

The Miss.Africa Seed Fund provides grants to support women and girls in STEM fields, helping them launch or expand initiatives that increase digital opportunities, IT training, jobs, and leadership roles.

Highlights:

Currently in its 8th year of disbursement.

2022 winners:

  • Based on Science Guidance and Technology (BSGT), South Africa – Grand Seed Fund Prize
  • Pamtech Designs and Systems, Zimbabwe – USD 1,000 category
  • The Clicking Generation, Botswana – USD 1,000 category

2026 competition: Applications are now open for the next round of the Miss.Africa Digital Seed Fund.

The program also provides training, mentorship, and outreach to increase the number of skilled women in technology and entrepreneurship, creating community impact.

Miss.Africa Incubation Program

The Incubation Program supports mobile app developers and entrepreneurs to scale their ventures.

Key Features:

  • Designed for girls and women who completed the Seed Fund Mobile App Training.
  • Offers consulting, mentoring, prototype creation, and co-funding.
  • Encourages students and developers committed to building ventures to accelerate their growth
