Schedule informational interviews: Sometimes, the easiest way to discover what you want to do next—or never want to do—is through the people in those positions. When you no longer have supervisors or teammates to fill in the blanks of other roles and industries, don’t be afraid to reach out to your network (and beyond) and start scheduling regular informational interviews.
